Intel Centrino Brand Moving to Wireless Products

Intel is revamping its CPU naming schemes in order to prepare for new products and move out old ones. The company will be introducing two new processor lines in the next several months, including the Core i5 and i3. Its current array of products will be phased away over time.
The Centrino tag notebook users are so familiar with will become the brand name for Intel’s wireless products.
